well, each month there ranges from 30 to 50 movies that come out into theaters big and small, indie or blockbuster they are all striving for ones attention… personally i could care less about seeing any of them, mostly i note the ones i am interested in and they fall into the abyss that is my Netflix queue, however… there each month there is a prized handful that i am dying to see and i dub these Ben’s Picks

The Fourth Kind (Nov 6) stars Milla Jovovich, a Doctor, realizes that some of her patients may have been abducted by aliens… for realsies…

Men Who Stare at Goats (Nov 6) is a movie about a journalist who discovers that the US Army has been forming a “new army” of men who may/may not be psychically gifted… stars George Clooney (and yes… i do have the hugest crush on him) really excited about this movie, looks pretty awesome and funny

Broken Embraces (Nov 20) outstanding director Pedro Almodovar’s newest film about a man explaining how he became blind, affairs, murders and cons in all… also the lovely Penelope Cruz is in it!!!

Fix (Nov 20) two friends must battle time and drugs to raise enough money to get Milo’s brother into a rehab program or else he will go to prison… this looks like a promising gritty movie in the best way possible

New Moon (Nov 20) dont judge me… yes… i do want to see New Moon and yes… i have read all of the Twilight books but out of disgust, i read The Host first (Stephanie Meyers adult sci-fi novel/far better novel) and was really disappointed in the Twilight series… and i am also disappointed in the hairless werewolves/shape-shifters, i mean yes they are somewhat built… but could it kill them to grow some body hair?

The Private Lives of Pippa Lee (Nov 27) as a middle aged woman and her husband who is 30 years her senior move into a retirement community, Pippa must face that she may not be able to keep her previous life a secret from her family… this is the drama that i have been waiting to see all year
something about she gets audited by how much parsels she has to handle or something like that… she said “your house is my busyest house in my area” and i’m like “oh great… she knows where i buy from :(“
but then again… i am glad to help her out, as long as she doesnt break anything…
so who else likes to shop online?
Right now, I’m really grateful to have Benjamin in my life. Most of our conversations usually revolve around Pokemon and books, but when I really need him, he is there. We sat outside of Starbucks after our class earlier and I was able to vent to him about boys. Yes, boys. You would think that after all of this time, I would be ok, but I’m not. And I don’t think Ben fully understands how much I appreciate what he tells me, but he’s really been helping me get through all of these little bumps.
Well first off i got all teary-eyed right now and second i am glad i can be hear for you Jaclyn… that is what friends are for
